Mark’s solo show at Parkdale’s Gallery 1313 is on between 19 Feb and 2 March 2025. A book with texts by Mark, David Lieberman and Joanne Tod is available for purchase with all proceeds going to the gallery.
To further his artistic efforts Mark has joined Toronto’s Gallery 1313, a non-profit, artist-run centre exhibiting local, national and international contemporary art. The Gallery is located at 1313 Queen Street West. He has exhibited at the gallery in several group shows this year and is preparing for a solo show in mid-February 2025. More to follow.

Mark Sterling was recently appointed Director of the Master of Urban Design Program at the University of Toronto’s John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design. In the fall of 2014 Mark is coordinating an Option Studio for graduate Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape Architecture students that will investigate the emergence of tall building clusters in downtown Toronto.
