Birchcliff Quarry Lands Development Plan

The proposed development of land owned by the City of Toronto includes a combination of commercial, residential, and open spaces. Commercial uses are clustered with other existing commercial uses facing Victoria Park Avenue and Musgrave Avenue. The residential and associated open spaces are set away from the commercial cluster. A total of 127 residential units will be offered, in single-detached, semi-detached, and townhouse forms, all fronting directly on new public streets.

A large 1.13 hectare (2.8 ac) park is located in the centre of the project, with its primary public frontage on neighbouring streets. A stormwater management pond will be located adjacent to but separate from the park and will be designed as an amenity for the park.

The project requires Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendments as well as a Plan of Subdivision.
